UK Mainland Delivery

For products from the brands listed below, standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is £4.99 for orders under £99 and FREE for orders of £99 or more:

Other products may have different delivery charges or qualify for free delivery at a different order value. The applicable delivery cost will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders Containing Products from Different Brands

Some of our products are despatched directly by our trusted brand partners. If your basket contains products being sent from different locations, they may arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Where different delivery charges apply to the products in your basket, these are combined into a single delivery total at checkout.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands

Delivery availability and charges to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other offshore locations can vary depending on the product.

Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options available for your order. If no suitable delivery option is shown, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what can be arranged.

International Delivery

Some products may also be available for delivery outside the UK, depending on the brand and destination. Where international delivery is available, the available options and charges will be shown at checkout.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges, which are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery times vary by product. Estimated despatch or delivery times are shown on individual product pages wherever possible.

If your order contains products from more than one brand, they may be despatched separately and arrive on different days. Tracking information will be provided where available once your items have been despatched.

Live plants

Plants are despatched by specialist growers when they are in good condition to travel, so delivery times can vary with the season and weather. Please unpack them as soon as they arrive and follow the care instructions. Please contact us promptly if anything arrives damaged.

Large, heavy and pallet deliveries

Larger items, such as furniture, garden structures or hot tubs, are despatched directly by our brand partners and delivered by specialist carriers or on a pallet. These deliveries are usually kerbside, and the carrier will normally contact you to arrange a day. Please make sure there is suitable access and someone available to receive the delivery. Where a product needs a two-person or specialist delivery, this is shown on the product page. Please contact us before ordering if you have restricted access.

Delivery estimates

Estimated despatch or delivery times are shown on each product page. Many in-stock items, whether despatched by us or by our brand partners, leave within 1–2 working days. Items made to order, often larger pieces, can take around 2–3 weeks, and the product page will say so. Unless a different time is stated on the product page or agreed with you, we will deliver within 30 days of your order. If an item will be delayed, we'll let you know.

Damaged or missing parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If a parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us and we'll sort it out.

British Forces Addresses

Delivery to British Forces addresses is available for selected smaller items only. Please contact us before placing your order and we'll check whether delivery is available for the products you would like to purchase.
