My item is damaged,Β what can I do?

My product arrived damaged

All products leave us in perfect condition. However, if a product arrives damaged,Β please contact us within 24 hours at hello@thefoalyard.co.uk or give us a call at 01299 667755 and our team will be happy to assist you. Please provide images and a description of the fault, and we will be happy to assist you.

My product has developed a fault

All of our products are carefully checked before dispatch, but occasionally, a product might develop a fault. Please contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly. We may request a photo or video of the issue to quickly identify how to resolve it.

  • Within 30 days of purchase: If we cannot resolve the issue, we will exchange or refund your order.
  • After 30 days of purchase: If a manufacturing fault is found, we will repair or replace the product within the warranty period, in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
