Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with:
- our brand partners and delivery companies who despatch your order directly to you (your name, delivery address, phone or email, and the items ordered);
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments, and other payment providers you choose;
- our email and marketing service providers, analytics providers and, with your consent, advertising platforms;
- our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it;
- a buyer or successor if our business is sold or restructured.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make our website work, such as your basket and checkout. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. For more about the cookies Shopify uses, see Shopify's cookie policy.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including Shopify, process data outside the UK, for example in Canada, the USA or Ireland. Where this happens, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK–US data bridge where applicable) or on approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year in which they were made, as required by tax law.
- Customer service records: up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a record of the unsubscribe so we don't email you again.
- Account data: until you ask us to close your account.
