HOW IT WORKS
Sending the Ashes
UK Customers: A prepaid ashes collection kit will be sent to you, including a sealed plastic bag, a spoon, and a form to fill out. Simply return it using the prepaid, tracked envelope at no extra cost.

International Customers: You will need to send the ashes directly. Full instructions will be provided after purchase.

Production & Delivery
Processing takes approximately two weeks from receiving the ashes. Once your order is complete, tracking details will be provided for shipping.

Additional Information
Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your order.
