A prepaid, tracked return label is included. simply post at your local post office at no cost.

International Customers
- You will need to send the ashes directly.
- Detailed instructions will be provided after purchase.

2. Production and Delivery
- Processing takes approximately two weeks from receiving the ashes.
- You’ll receive tracking details once your piece is shipped.

3. Additional Information
- Unused ashes will be respectfully returned along with your order.
