HOW IT WORKS
Sending the Ashes
UK Customers: You will receive an ashes collection envelope containing a sealed plastic bag, a spoon, and a form to fill out. A prepaid, tracked return label is included—simply post it at your local post office at no cost.

International Customers: You will need to send the ashes directly. Detailed instructions will be provided after purchase.

Production & Delivery
Processing takes approximately two weeks from receiving the ashes. Once your piece is completed, you’ll receive tracking details for your shipment.

Additional Information
Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your order.
