    A very refreshing, sweet, lemon fragrance that is quite strong and long lasting.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    A dark yellow to amber, thin oil that is a steam distillation of the fresh, finely chopped grass.
     
    According to the Cosmetic Ingredient Database (CosIng), the functions of Lemon Grass Essential Oil are: Masking, Tonic.

    HOW TO USE IT

    Skin Care
    Use it as part of a blend in deodorants.
     
    Ideal in massage lotions and oil blends.
     
    Very good to use in pre and post sports gels and lotions.
     
    It is also an effective skin toner.
     
    Use in body wraps and gels.
     
    Suitable for oily skin and also acne prone skin.
     
    Good to use in foot creams and gels.
     
    Hair Care
    Use it in shampoos for greasy hair. A good insect repellent, so use in holiday shampoos as well.
    Suggested Blends
    Combine with Cypress and Grapefruit in gels and lotions.
     
    Use with Fragonia in foot creams.
     
    Add to Rosehip for in facial creams and lotions.
     
    Use with Geranium for oily skin type.
     
    Blend with Rosemary in shampoos and shower gels.
     
    Use with Plai or Niaouli in post sports products.

    CAUTIONS/CONTRAINDICATIONS

    Avoid during pregnancy as it may irritate sensitive skin. Also, be aware that it may irritate acne prone skin if the acne is very pustulous and it should not be used on broken skin.
