5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards Three-Fold Silk Reppe Tie

Formed in 1922, “The Skins” served in Egypt, Palestine and India, and in the Second World War fought in northern France during the retreat to Dunkirk before reaching Hamburg at the time of the German surrender. Their motto, “Vestigia nulla retrorsum”, translates as “We do not retreat”. This striped three-fold silk reppe tie carries the regimental colours of red, green and gold. Made in England from 100% silk, with a blade width of approximately 9.0cm, it ties a firm, well-formed knot. A fitting tie for reunions, regimental dinners and Remembrance.
