Ceylon Mounted Rifles Three-Fold Silk Reppe Tie

The Ceylon Mounted Rifles were a volunteer mounted regiment raised in Ceylon, drawing their members from the island's planting community and serving the Crown with distinction. This three-fold silk reppe tie presents the regimental colours in broad diagonal bands of deep green, maroon and pale khaki, a combination with a distinctly colonial, country character.
