What Is Brewer's Yeast Powder?

Brewer’s yeast powder is a highly nutritious natural supplement that contains protein, iron, B vitamins, amino acids, selenium and other essential minerals. 

It is made in the production of beer. It comes from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a one-celled fungus. Brewer's yeast is an inactive form of a fungus used in beer making.  Brewer’s yeast has a bit of a bitter taste.
