    What is Ceylon Cinnamon Powder?

    The name of Ceylon comes from the fact that this variety is the true original cinnamon, native to Sri Lanka, since Sri Lanka's former name is Ceylon. This type of cinnamon is more difficult to find and more expensive than the cassia variety.

    Ceylon cinnamon has a lighter colour, a delicate taste, more flavourful aroma and offers numerous benefits to human health.

    Instructions For Use: 

    Add to curries, stews, soups, baked goods, pancakes, hot beverages, cereal, porridge, smoothies, yogurt, desserts or even ice cream! Brew into a tea and add to chai latte.

    Storage Instructions:

    Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
