Ceylon Smooth Blend Tea

A smooth and mild blend of large leaf Assam and Ceylon teas that can be enjoyed all through the day. The distinct, malty notes of Assam combine wonderfully with the slightly citrusy flavours of the Ceylon leaves, which are sourced from the Camellia Sinensis plant found in the highlands of Sri Lanka.

Ceylon, or Sri Lankan teas are characteristically light and delicate, revealing wonderfully sweet and fruity flavours, while Assam teas, grown in this region’s ideal growing conditions of high levels of rainfall and warm daytime temperatures, reveal characteristic maltiness and strong, bold flavours.
