    What Is Corn Flour?

    Corn flour is the result of grinding full corn kernels into a fine powder. So due to that, it contains protein, fibre, starch, and the vitamins and minerals found in whole corn.


    Why Should I Get Corn Flour ?

    People sometimes confuse corn flour with cornmeal, which in the United States is understood as more coarsely ground flour that’s also made from corn kernels. Cornmeal has a more distinct corn taste compared to corn flour.

    Corn flour can be used to make breads, pancakes, biscuits, waffles, and pastries, in addition to or as a substitute for wheat flour. 

    Very similar to corn, corn flour tastes earthy and sweet. It can be used in addition to or in place of wheat flour in breads, pancakes, waffles, and pastries to add a corn-like taste.
