Flour milled from organic strong hard 100% whole wheat grain. Ideal for oven baked yeast cookery and bread machines.

This 1.5kg pack is suitable for home bakers and provides enough flour to make roughly 3 loaves of bread.

Suitable for making bread, sourdoughs, puff and choux pastry and general baked products.

This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified. 

Ingredients: Organic flour (wheat*, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU wheat.
