Organic wholemeal spelt flour is perfect for all types of baking, with a delicious, wheaty, nutty flavour.

The stoneground flour is milled from spelt, triticum speltum, which was widely grown in Roman times and is an ancestor of modern wheat.

Free from milk, peanuts, egg, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients and artificial ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Spelt flour has a sweet and nutty flavour. It's versatile and easy to use - it makes excellent scones, cakes, pancakes, pastry and is great for sauce making.
