One of my very first designs, but the first of many!

Of course you shouldn't actually give bread (nor doughnuts) to ducks, they prefer peas, but peas are very small and difficult to see... (which is my excuse).

Ed with the Bread has been my most popular ceramic friend since he was born back in 2020 and you too can welcome him into your home, or gift him to the breakfast-lover in your life. Sporting a bit of a vacant gaze whilst he considers the price of flour, or maybe has an existential crisis whilst he thinks about his other bread-loving friends, this little duck is the perfect companion for your desk, or the kitchen mascot for those days of baking.

This cute wheel-thrown ceramic ornament is handmade in white stoneware, hand finished with baguette. Underglazed, fired to biscuit, then transparent glazed and high fired to stoneware cone
