UK Customers:
You will receive an ashes collection envelope containing a sealed plastic bag, a spoon, and a form to fill out.
A prepaid, tracked return label is included. Simply post at your local post office at no cost.

International Customers
- You will need to send the ashes directly.
- Detailed instructions will be provided after purchase.

Production and Delivery.
Processing takes approximately two weeks from receipt of the ashes.
- You’ll receive tracking details once your piece is shipped.

Additional Information
- Unused ashes will be respectfully returned along with your order
