Each tray is a single printed piece: a ring of seats joined by webs, with an open underside. Every seat is a through-hole, so a base can be pushed out from below rather than prised out — useful when rearranging units or lifting out casualties mid-game.
61 options across 23 formations, with slot counts from 2 to 10 — from the 54 × 27 mm Line 2-slot to the 162 × 27 mm Line 6-slot, with the 135 × 135 mm Cross 9-slot the widest in the range.
Seats are 25 mm round and 3.5 mm deep (3.4 mm on the two T-Shape trays) inside a 4.5 mm tray, so a base rests on a 1 mm ledge; with our 3.50 mm tall 25 mm round plain bases — designed together with these trays within the wider OBS range — the top of the base finishes flush with the tray rim rather than standing proud.
Every seat is open underneath — an 18 mm aperture on almost every tray, 15 mm on the Line 2-slot — so bases push out from below and never need prising from above.
Printed to order in black PLA, each tray one piece: a ring of seats joined by webs, no assembly.
As with any FDM print, fine layer lines are normal and disappear under primer.
