Round-seat movement trays for 40 mm round bases, printed to order in black PLA as a single piece — a ring of seats joined by webs. The range runs to 54 options across 22 distinct formations, from a two-slot line to ten-slot blocks, with line, wave, wedge, block and hand-shaped ranks covered, so a unit can be trayed in the shape it actually deploys in — whether that is Kings of War, Conquest, Marvel Crisis Protocol or Frostgrave. Seats are Ø40.0 mm and 4.0 mm deep in a 5.0 mm tray, each with a Ø30.0 mm aperture through the underside. Part of the OBS (Open Basing System) range, so trays, bases and converters share one set of dimensions.
A plain 40 mm round base drops into the Ø40.0 mm seat with 0.4 mm clearance and finishes level with the tray rim, thanks to the 1.0 mm ledge that sits under each seat.
A Ø30.0 mm aperture runs through every seat, so bases push out from underneath and a painted model never has to be levered out of the tray.
The smallest tray is the Line 2-slot at 84 × 42 mm, and the Broad Arrow 7-slot is the longest at 246.65 mm.
Fine layer lines and a Z-seam are normal on an FDM-printed part — not defects — and disappear under a coat of primer.
