Jumbo Oats are whole rolled oat flakes – big, chewy and slow-cooking, at our lowest everyday price.

Rolled in the UK from whole oat groats, they deliver 11.9g of protein and 10g of fibre per 100g, including beta-glucan, the soluble fibre that occurs naturally in oats. The thick flake holds its shape, which is exactly what you want in overnight oats, granola and flapjacks.

Jumbo or porridge oats? Jumbo oats are the whole rolled groat – larger, chewier and slower to cook. If you want a quick, creamy porridge or oats to mill into flour for baking, our Porridge Oats are the better fit.

Suitable for coeliacs? No – oats are naturally gluten free, but these are not certified uncontaminated. Choose Organic Gluten Free Jumbo Oats instead.
