Jurassic Fries Gift Pack Three flavours BBQ, Chinese Salt & Pepper & Salt & Vinegar

A gift pack for chip and fries-lovers including our three original chips and fries seasonings. Choose from smokey Beach BBQ seasoning, Chinese chip shop-style Salt'n'Pepper seasoning and Traditional Salt'n'Vinegar seasoning for maximum flavour and minimum sogginess. Our chips salts were first made in partnership with a fish and chip shop where we learnt the importance of salting chips as soon as they come out of the fryer when chips are piping hot. Adding salt and seasoning at this stage helps the seasoning flavour to bond with the very hot fat on the chips while the salt dries them out and helps them crisp. That's the recipe for tasty and crispy chips! This selection made to our own recipes is the perfect gift for someone who loves their chips, fries - and savoury popcorn too.
