Jurassic Fries Salt 'n' Pepper

Made for chip and fries-lovers. Chinese chip shop-style Salt'n'Pepper seasoning delivers that authentic Oriental flavour with five-spice powder and ground Szechwan peppercorns. Our chips salts were first made in partnership with a fish and chip shop where we learnt the importance of salting chips as soon as they come out of the fryer when chips are piping hot. Adding salt and seasoning at this stage helps the seasoning flavour to bond with the very hot fat on the chips while the salt dries them out and helps them crisp. That's the recipe for tasty and crispy chips! Made to our own recipe for anyone who loves their chips, fries - and savoury popcorn too - Chinese style!
