Our 16-row Single Length Volume Lash Trays are designed for professional lash artists creating handmade Volume, Russian Volume, textured and hybrid lash sets.
Available in 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07 diameters, with C, CC and D curls, these black PBT lashes come in individual lengths from 8mm–15mm.
Single-length trays are ideal for topping up the sizes you use most often, allowing you to build your collection around the lengths your clients actually need rather than repeatedly buying mixed trays.

Single-length trays are ideal once you know which sizes you use most frequently.
Rather than purchasing another mixed tray when you only need one particular length, you can simply replace the size you're running low on.
This makes them particularly useful for busy artists who want to keep their most-used Volume lash lengths well stocked.
0.03, 0.05 & 0.07 Lashes for Handmade Volume
Our black Volume lashes are available in 0.03, 0.05 and 0.07 diameters, giving experienced artists different options for handmade fan creation.
As fan size increases, finer individual fibres will generally be required.
Your chosen diameter, length and fan size should always be appropriate for the health, strength and condition of the client's natural lashes, as well as the overall weight being applied.
PBT Lashes for Handmade Volume Fans
Made from high-quality PBT, our Volume Lashes have a soft, flexible feel while maintaining the structure needed for controlled fan creation.
They can be used to create anything from lighter handmade Volume and hybrid sets through to fuller styles, depending on the diameter, fan size and technique selected.
C, CC & D Curl Options
Our black single-length Volume lashes are available in C, CC and D curls, giving artists flexibility when working with different natural lash directions, eye shapes and styling requirements.
If you want to try a stronger DD curl, this is available separately in our 0.03 and 0.05 mixed Volume trays.
Our Platinum Upgrade
We're gradually upgrading our PBT lash ranges to our Platinum quality as existing stock sells through.
As individual curls, diameters and lengths are replenished, they will gradually transition to the newer Platinum range.
The newer stock will also arrive in Platinum packaging, so you may notice a difference between trays while the changeover is taking place.
This is a gradual stock transition, so you may receive a mixture of current and Platinum packaging depending on the exact length, curl or diameter ordered.
There is no additional charge for the upgrade.
Choosing Lashes for Handmade Volume Sets
Volume lashes are available in different diameters because fan size and fibre thickness need to be considered together.
As the number of fibres in a fan increases, finer individual fibres are generally used.
Always choose your lash diameter, length and fan size according to the natural lashes in front of you rather than relying on one standard combination for every client.
Tweezer Recommendations
Handmade Volume requires tweezers that provide enough grip for fan creation while allowing the fibres to release cleanly.
Suitable options include:
