Opuntia cylindrica cristata (Crested Eve’s Needle Cactus)

Native to the Andes and South America this particular cactus has an unusual fan-shaped growth pattern. Due to a genetic mutation the usual cylindrical stems grow in wavy, crest-like formations creating a very sculptural cacti. The deep green stems are covered with small, soft spines.

Rating- Super Easy

LOVES- Bright locations, well draining soil.

HATES- Overwatering!
