RAWGORILLA sources slow-grown Spanish almonds from organic groves and selects for size, sweetness and intact skins — then leaves them exactly as harvested: raw, unroasted, unsalted. The result is a fuller marzipan note and a cleaner snap than commodity almonds, with around 21g protein and 12g fibre per 100g.
