    What Is Organic Arborio Rice?

Arborio rice is named after the town in Italy where it was originally cultivated.

The rice has short, fat and slightly oval-shaped kernels with a pearly white exterior. This makes it the perfect basis for an authentic Italian risotto, and is the classic choice of rice to create this dish.
