    All About Organic Chapati/Atta Flour:

    An organic medium atta flour, perfect for making chapattis and other Indian style breads. Atta is a whole wheat flour that is used widely in Indian cuisine to make unleavened flat breads like Roti, Chapati and Paratha.

    Milled to a fine to medium bran content to give a gentle coarseness, this flour is a wonderful addition to the aspiring bread baker’s range of ingredients.

    This flour is also great for making Brown Pitta bread and Brown Roti which is a flat breads popular in some parts of Africa, Fiji, and the West Indies.

    Instructions For Use:

    This whole wheat flour that originates from India is most commonly used to make flatbreads such as chapati, roti, naan, paratha and puri. It’s also a rich source of fibre, vitamins, and minerals.

    Storage Use:

    Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
