Organic coconut cream — extra rich, 400ml

Extracted from the kernel of mature organic coconuts and blended with just a little water — at 24% fat, this is the rich one: thick, velvety and intensely coconut. The upgrade wherever a recipe says coconut milk but means indulgence.

Cream or milk — which do I need? Cream (this, 24% fat) for richness, whipping and desserts; coconut milk (11–12% fat) for everyday curries and soups.

Why has it solidified in the can? Natural below 25°C — shake well before opening, or warm gently. For whipping, that firmness is exactly what you want: chill the can overnight.

How should I store it? Cool and dry; after opening, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
