Pinhead oats are also called coarse oats (or coarse oatmeal) and are a crunchy textured cereal

Not suitable for coeliacs

They can be used as a breakfast cereal, and for topping bread and cakes. Use pinhead oats as a base for home made cereal and nut bars, or sprinkle on yogurt for added bite.
