Organic Rye Flour

Rye flour is a finely ground flour that can be added to recipes for cookies, cakes and muffins, as well as quick sweet breads like scones. Mix with wheat flour for a lighter texture. Rye flour is ideal for multi-seeded loaves. 

This is a light rye flour (Type 997), where some of the bran has been sifted out. It sits between wholemeal and white rye, offering a lighter texture while retaining flavour.
