    Wholemeal flour contains 100% of the wheat grain, including the bran, and has a rougher texture, which makes it perfect for baking bread. Especially made from high protein organic hard wheats, this flour is milled for homemade and professional bread production.

    Unlike standard flour, nothing is removed during the processing of wholemeal flour, meaning all the goodness is retained. It’s packed with fibre, protein, minerals, and vitamins and also high in iron and calcium.
