Sunflower seeds are a delicious, crunchy and nutty flavoured flower seed, making them ideal for adding bite to salads, cakes and cookies and soups. They are also delicious in homemade seed butters and breads.

Hand-packed in Sussex. Our products are packed in resealable, re-usable bags.
