    Made from one of the largest staple grains in the world, this flour is a great all-rounder with a neutral taste. It is ground to a finer grade than brown rice flour, and blends very well with other gluten-free flours like millet and tapioca for use in gluten-free baking.

    Instructions For Use:

    Rice flour is incredibly versatile, use it to create Asian recipes such as rice noodles and pancakes. It can also be used as a thickening agent for soups and stews as well as tempura batters for frying vegetables, tofu and more.

    Storage Use:

    Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Reseal when no longer in use or move to an airtight container.
