 Cloves are popular in Indian cuisine. They are commonly used in curries, lentil and rice dishes. They can also be included in sweet dishes such as fruit chutneys, preserves, cakes, tea infusions and even mulled wine! 

These small littles cloves are rich in minerals and antioxidants like manganese and vitamin K. Cloves also contain eugenol which is a natural anaesthetic and was traditionally used to numb and reduce toothache.
