    Inci: Zingiber cassumunar Root Oil

    A very nice fresh, green and herbaceous smell with a hint of peppery spice, softer and more gentle than ginger. This oil is cooling, even though it is from the same family as ginger.

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    A yellow to pale amber, thin oil obtained from steam distillation of the roots of the Plai plant.

    HOW TO USE IT

    Skin Care
     
    Use in balms and gels for sports massage.
     
    A very good choice in foot creams and gels.
     
    Suitable for acne-prone skin.
     
    A good anti oxidative effect makes it useful for creams and serums and all other anti ageing products.
     
    Gentle enough that it can be used neat on non sensitised skin, it is better when diluted and blended with other oils.
    Hair Care
    Consider for use in shampoo blends where it is refreshing and cooling and gives a fresh, herbaceous fragrance.
     
    Other
    An excellent massage ingredient.
     
    Suggested Blends
    Combine with Fragonia and Black Pepper.
     
    Blend with Sweet Marjoram.
     
    Mix with Rosemary, Cypress and Fragonia.
     
    Add to Hazelnut oil for oily and acne-prone skin.
     
    Use with Helichrysum or Myrrh for skin nourishment.
     
    Blend with Citronella as an insect repellent.
