Polemonium caeruleum, known as Jacob’s Ladder, is a graceful perennial with clusters of soft blue, bell-shaped flowers that rise above finely divided, fern-like foliage. Flowering from late spring into early summer, it adds freshness and texture to borders, particularly in lightly shaded areas.
