The women embroidering in Jaipur today kept the skill and tradition and updated the colours and designs. The scale is generous enough to pull across a sofa on a cold evening. The kind of colours that work in a London sitting room in November as well as they do in a Jaipur courtyard in March. The craft is unchanged.
