    HOW TO USE IT

    Skin Care

    • Thistle Oil helps to soften the skin.
    • As an effective moisturiser, it maintains hydration levels in the skin thus reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
    • It is soothing on the skin and can help improve skin tone and texture.
    • Thistle Oil is an excellent choice to use on acne prone skin as it does not block the pores.
    • In massage blends, it is a good idea to add it for every massage as it is so functional but combine it with other oils to give greater slip and glide.
    Hair Care
    • Thistle Oil contains high levels of Omega 6 which is good for moisturising the hair and scalp.
    • A few drops of the oil can be rubbed between the palms and scrunched into dry hair or massaged into wet hair to stimulate the roots and hair follicles.
