why pick me?

G'day! I’m “dash” the merino wool trainer sock. They say I'm always in a hurry, and it's true that I'm very performance oriented. So let me get straight to the salient points.

• I’m different from my other hipSwan friends because I’m made with merino wool and have natural moisture wicking and temperature regulating qualities. 
• I’m a great companion for golfers, runners and hikers with my advanced design features like a compression arch, anti-blister tab, seamless toe, and luxuriously cushioned soles and heels.
• I'm equally at home doing vigorous sports like cycling, tennis, pickleball, squash and more, where you'll appreciate my ability to keep you focussed on your performance.
• Come to think of it, if I may be so bold, I'm so soft that you'll want to wear me everywhere. I'm ready to upgrade your overall lifestyle.
• And finally, as with all my other hipSwan friends, if you pick me you’ll be supporting the planting of one tree for every order.

Regarding sizing, I come in a single "one size fits most" length of 23-25cm, equivalent to a UK shoe size of 6 - 8.

composition and care

Composition: 66% merino wool, 4% nylon, 30% lycra spandex

Care instructions:

Be gentle. Either hand wash or machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. If using a machine, it's best to place them in a laundry bag to protect them further just like other delicates. Use a mild detergent and never use bleach or fabric softener.

Turn your socks inside out. This way, the extra cushioning at the soles and heels will get a more thorough wash.

Do not use a dryer. The heat and circulation of a dryer will decrease the longevity of your socks. Best to air dry them on a drying rack.

Do not iron. There's no need to iron socks, and it's especially important to refrain from ironing those styles with silicone grippers (flow and chill).

sizing

hipSwan socks are generally available in three sizes (small, medium, large) except for Dash. Their inherent elasticity allows them to fit a wide range of feet and are not gender specific.

What if the socks don’t fit me? No problem, you have 60 days to return them. Just pay the return postage and we'll refund you, no questions asked. The socks must be in new, unworn condition with the outer wrappers included. Full details of our return policy are here.
