Multi-Surface Waterproof Roofing Top Coat

A rapid curing high performance top coat resin uniquely formulated to harden when exposed to both natural and synthetic UV light and to withstand the harshest of weather conditions once fully cured. It can be used to overlay existing GRP roofs to repair sections or be applied as a general-purpose top coat resin to both lay new flat roof surfaces and as a repair system to prevent leaks. Ultra V1 is also the ideal product for gutter leaks and maintenance.

For best results use with Ultra V1 Roof Resin. Lightly sand the Ultra V1 Roof Resin before applying the Top Coat Resin.
