How to Use 

1. Before your kit arrives: Log into CGM Club®, watch the short demos, take the hair tests, and get your personalised plan (checked by Heather).

2. Step 0 (first wash only): Use Whoops once to reset silicones + buildup.

3. Steps 1–3 (every washday):

   • Choose Co Wash (dry/frizzy) or Co Wash Plus (oily/fine). Apply to scalp + lengths, add water for slip, massage, detangle, rinse.

   • Smooth Leave-In through soaking-wet hair (do not rinse).

   • Apply Style It; scrunch, air-dry or diffuse.

4. Steps 4–5 (keep it going): Plop 10 minutes; pineapple overnight with the coiled band; refresh with the mist bottle as needed.

5. Step 6 Treatments (as your plan prompts):

   • Detox: when roots feel coated / volume drops / swimmers / gym sweat.

   • Bounceback: when curls stretch, feel mushy, or won’t hold shape.

   • Magic Mask: when hair feels dry, rough, or frizz-prone.
