The first organically certified Manuka Honey in the UK. On New Zealand's remote South Island, bees spend six weeks feasting on flowering Manuka bush nectar to create this rare Organic 400 MGO honey — and we do as little as possible to it after that.

Never heat-treated, triple-filtered and gently creamed. Independently tested to meet or exceed the New Zealand Government's Monofloral Manuka Standard, and certified free of glyphosate. Drizzle it into a tonic, stir it into warm tea, or use it in sweet or savoury cooking.
